Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Toss the ingredients until the sprouts are thoroughly and evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
  4. Transfer the sprouts to the air fryer basket, arranging them in a single layer to ensure optimal airflow and crisping.
  5. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously at the 7-minute mark to ensure even browning.
  6. Remove the sprouts once the outer leaves are charred and crispy and the centers are tender.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze immediately before serving.
