Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low -fat cottage cheese
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 15 grams vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 crushed graham crackers for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and protein powder into a high-speed blender.
  2. Process on high speed for 60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and no lumps remain.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Portion the mixture into two individual ramekins or small bowls.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the texture to firm slightly.
  6. Top with crushed graham crackers immediately before serving.
